Community choir for Christmas
Have you ever fancied being part of a community choir? Might you enjoy belting out some songs with others? We probably won’t have TV’s Gareth Malone here to inspire and cajole, but if you’d like to join a special St Luke’s Community Choir to sing some carols this Christmas, you can register your interest now by phoning the church office 974 5024. No musical experience necessary. No scary auditions. No film crew. Rehearsals will take place in November and December. Dates will be announced in the autumn.
Light night party, Saturday 30th October
5.30pm - 7pm. For children aged 5-11. Details in the autumn.
Hothorpe Hall - parish weekend, 4th - 6th February 2011
Our church weekend away will be held on the weekend of 4th - 6th February 2011 at Hothorpe Hall.
The weekend is open to all members of St Luke’s and to all ages. The programme will include some teaching sessions, free time and in-house entertainment.
It's a great opportunity to hear from our excellent speaker, to get to know others in the church family better and be able to take some time out from our busy lives.
We would like as many people as possible to attend the weekend. For more details please download:
