Travelling by rail


At the main exit of Nottingham railway station is a bus stop. Take the No 6 bus to Edwalton. Alight on Alford Road at St Luke’s Close (approx 10 min. journey) Walk back 100yds to Leahurst Road and turn right. Church is immediately on your right. Buses run every 10 mins. Please note that Nottingham buses do not give change. Currently the adult fare is £1.30 and the fare for under 15’s is 85p. The Nottingham City Transport website has a bus timetable and route map that you may find useful.


Travelling by coach


From the Broadmarsh coach station exit walk directly ahead to the railway station (a distance of about 100 yards). Catch the No 6 bus to Edwalton as mentioned above.


Travelling by car


FROM THE NORTH: From J25 M1 follow A52 into Nottingham. Turn right onto Ring Road (A52) signposted Grantham. At A52/A606 roundabout follow A606 into West Bridgford. Turn right at first set of traffic lights (Melton Gardens) and left at roundabout (Alford Road). In approx ¼ mile Leahurst Road crosses Alford Road. Turn right and the church is immediately on your right.

FROM THE SOUTH: J21 M1 take A46 (Newark). Follow the dual carriageway to end and take A606 to Nottingham. At A52/606 roundabout take 3rd exist West Bridgford. Turn right at first set of traffic lights (Melton Gardens) and left at roundabout (Alford Road). In approx ¼ mile Leahurst Road crosses Alford Road. Turn right and the church is immediately on your right.

FROM THE EAST: From Grantham follow A52 to Nottingham. At A52/A606 roundabout follow A606 into West Bridgford. Turn right at first set of traffic lights (Melton Gardens) and left at roundabout (Alford Road). In approx ¼ mile Leahurst Road crosses Alford Road. Turn right and the church is immediately on your right.

FROM THE WEST: From Derby follow A52 into Nottingham. Turn right onto Ring Road (A52) signposted Grantham. At A52/A606 roundabout follow A606 into West Bridgford. Turn right at first set of traffic lights (Melton Gardens) and left at roundabout (Alford Road). In approx ¼ mile Leahurst Road crosses Alford Road. Turn right and the church is immediately on your right.

Parking
