Who we are

St Luke’s is part of the Church of England and serves the parish of Gamston and Bridgford, just South of Nottingham.  With around two hundred members and services covering both contemporary and traditional styles of worship, we are a friendly, vibrant community of people of all ages and backgrounds.  We welcome people at every stage of faith or none, and are committed to three core values:

One. We seek to celebrate God in every aspect of our lives.

Two. We seek to Grow in Grace in all our relationships.

Three. We seek to Share Jesus with our communities and beyond.

St Luke’s and its parish fall within the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham.  You can read more about the diocese and its Bishops (Rt Revd's Paul Williams and Andy Emerton) here.

Connect Gamston

In late 2019, St Luke’s planted a new congregation in the heart of Gamston, called Connect Gamston.  It meets weekly at Pierrepont Gamston Primary School from 3pm for an all-age service.  Sarah Sharpe is the worship lead for Connect Gamston.
